I asked in this enhancement request that OOo set the printer options
automatically. That there was another bug affecting this is incidental. Please
fix OOo so that users do not have to go through hoops to get an envelope
printed.
If keeping this enhancement request open until the work is completed is a
problem, please let me know so that we can discuss the issue. Simply closing
without explanation is NOT accecptable.
