It's the same with Tools-Macros-Organize Macros-OpenOffice.org BASIC-Assign -->
open the customize window.
I've noticed:
- If I create a new spreadsheet, record a macro, save it as myDoc.ods,
Tools-Macros-Organize Macros-OpenOffice.org BASIC-Assign... ok it works.
- Then, I close OOo. Open Mydoc.ods (enable Macros) , goto Tools-Macros-Organize
Macros-OpenOffice.org BASIC "macro From:"(click on MyDoc.ods Standard-Module1
-->Macro1) Assign -->KO MyDoc.ods doesn't appear in the OpenOffice.org Category.
(see macro-assign-reopen-doc-customize.jpg)
- Then I modify and SAVE myDoc.ods, OK it works
Conclusion: you have to save an open document before being able to assign
shortcut keys to macros.
My first description was not very good :-(
Is it a defect? If not it should be told in the "help menu" .
