Bug or feature? If I want to continue work after a short break, it is useful to
have all toolbars from the last session available immediately.
On the other had, it can be pleasent to have a clean screen when you open the
finished document next time, after you had all screen full of toolbars during
the last working session.
Where can we read something concerning OOo 2.0 concept for this?
