Is the printer connected to your computer or do you use a printer somewhere
else?
Which is the other office you mentioned, that has the same problem?
Can you print to file?
Which printer do you use? Do you have a right, actual driver?
It sounds, as if it is a windows problem and not an OOo-problem.
