ab->cd: I don't know if you are the right owner for this task, otherwise
please reassign further... :-)
In any case this task is configuration and UI related. The Basic path
entry has to be removed - or to be made read only - in the Tools /
Options - StarOffice - Paths tab page (only in UI, not in the core as
SvtPathOptions().GetBasicPath() is still used).
Changes to the Basic path are simply not reflected in the implementation.
I've already talked with Mathias about this problem some time ago and he
agreed that we don't want the Basic path to be changable any more in
Tools/Options. But we can discuss this again.
