confirming. There is no longer a way to run a program without the warning
dialog.
Furthermore on gnome the shell-script is not run, but opened in a text-editor
(the default mime-action for that filetype).
Regression since you could run the script in OOo 1.1.4 without any error
messages (and it did run it, not open it in a text-editor)
