hi, i updated the patch to satisfy following requirements
1. put this file into solenv/unxmacxp/bin instead of generic solenv/bin
2. rename it to e.g. create-package (osx is already in unxmacxp)
3. add standard SISSL/LGPL header. See e.g. create-bundle there.
4. Use grep LAST_MINOR ${SRC_ROOT}/solenv/inc/minor.mk instead of...
still much work should have done.
