ab->akrioukov: Syntax highlighting used to work on 8-Bit-Strings and this
of course could not work for some national characters. This has been
fixed for an internal task (#108518) covering similar problems with CJK
characters (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) in src680 m63. This should have
fixed your problem, too. I cannot reproduce it in current versions but I
couldn't reproduce the CJK problem at all. So please have a look if the
problem still occurs on your system.
