Is there anything more to do with this task?
After integration of cws ooo20l10n in src680 m113 khmer-english installation
sets are created automatically. In msi-encodinglist.txt we use
km 0 1107 # Khmer
So everything seems to work fine. If there is no contradiction I will close this
task.
