TBE->KSO: The problem is, that MiscUtils::allOpenTDocUrls()
(scripting/source/inc/util/MiscUtils.hxx) doesn't return the tdocurl for the
document
in the page preview or after the page preview has been closed.
The allOpenTDocUrls() method uses
XSimpleFileAccess::getFolderContents( "vnd.sun.star.tdoc:/1" ).
