CTRL+-: conditional/optional hyphen CTRL+SHIFT+Numpad-: non-breaking hyphen CTRL+Space: non-breaking space This is inconsistent. Please straighten this out. I think it would be a good idea to first discuss what other special characters to include in this effort and than standardize (maybe upon the settings used in Word which I found to be highly consistent and intuitive at the time I was using it). Furthermore, I want to make you aware that I filed a related but dissimilar issue 52338 a short while ago which deals with the problem of the highly unintuitive CTRL+SHIFT+NUMPAD- shortcut.
