MRU->FME: maybe this is related to issue 50703 (Footnotes from SO5 document
initially wrongly numbered); at least it has the same symptom. After reopening a
file designed as described, all footnotes are initially numbered "0".
Please have a look, if this is also fixed by issue 50703's fix. I will attach a
file. Thanks a lot!
