This can also achieved by setting MAXPROCESSLIMIT in startup.mk.
This is not a bug, MAXPROCESSLIMIT is explained in the man page
and a "dmake -V" shows you the current value.
But if desired "we" can increase the hardcoded limit. Opinions?
