2005 -------
I added the patches and also added the languages in solenv\inc\postset.mk
But I left simple "bn" also in postset.mk and msi-encodinglist.txt, I did not
remove it (and added it also in the globals.pm to the list).
-> now Bengali installation sets also have an english installer.
Fixed in my current CWS nativefixer18
