The GNOME System File Selector Dialog Specification must be reworked

1.) The status of the Spec. is still "Draft" but should be "Final" (finalized on
Nov 8, 2004).

2.) On page 4 it reads: "If OpenOffice.org is installed on a system with no
Gnome support, the option for switching between the choosers, (above), shall be
checked and deactivated."

The checkbox is not displayed anymore !

3.) On page 5 - "The default file picker under GNOME will be the GTK one when
available." Must be replaced. The default file picker is the OOo file picker.

4.) On page 1 the chapter "Goals" should be reworked -> "Be a good citizen of
the GNOME desktop by fulfilling the expectations of a GNOME desktop user with
respect to the file dialog." Because of #i51002
