------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Aug 5 06:33:52 -0700 2005 ------- To change the version of an assemby one has to do adapt the makefile in the project AND in scp2. This is errorprone. Because it is likely that we either introduce new types or fixes for each PP or respin, we need to adapt the version regulary. The version is needed to write an entry in the MSI database. The process which does this should obtain the version dynamically from the assembly. We could create a small executable that loads the assembly and prints out the version. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
