------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Aug 6 03:02:09 -0700 2005 ------- I looked at the XML source for the document with the broken heading and found the following: <text:h text:style-name="P8" text:outline-level="1" text:is-list-header="true">Revision History</text:h> Its style was "P8" and not "Heading_20_1" as that of the other Heading1 headings. So it seems that activating outline numbering has corrupted the styles.
