------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Aug 8 18:17:36 -0700 2005 ------- Hi, I would have thought newer issues should be marked as a duplicate of older issues and not made obsolete by a newer issue. This way the developers and users can more readily tell how long an issue has been opened and that could/should put some emphasis on resolving outstanding issues. The approach used in this issue simply allows old issues to move forward in time without any action being taken. I have noted this at least once before. Just thought I would offer my opinion.
