Note that I had to change the LangID value assignments because they were
already used with other languages on CWS locales201. Please never assign
LangID values on your own.
Also changed the name of LANGUAGE_USER_SWATI to LANGUAGE_USER_SWAZI to
conform with our previous findings, just for consistence.
