You say the B9 shouldn't move to left (higher in hierarchy) "because it is part of B7, B8, B9 list." This approach I don't consider right. The _USER_ takes a decision, how he wants the bullets act, and _if_ he even wants make them part of any list. For example, if I want the B9 to move left, it is because of _my_ wish to exclusively _give_ the B9 higher place in hierarchy. It's _MY_ decision. And if OOo even thinks, that B9 is part of some list, I don't mind, it's his problem! Why? Because it is quite simple logic, that if I want to give B9 higher place in hierarchy (what is perfectly legal -tell me that it isn't!), then I probably also wish to _remove_ B9 from the B7, B8, B9 list. Clear? Probably I simply reorganise the structure of bulleting. It's perfectly OK, and by no mean should OOo make it harder or even impossible for me!
