This is a problem of the optimization that was done for the internal bug #93736#
long time ago with the method "SwWW8Writer::TestOleNeedsGraphic()". This is why
the problem is reproducible even in OOo1.1.x. Letting this method return true
always fixes the problem.
Currently with the new embedded object implementation the optimization does not
help much ( OOo1.1.x with optimization produces file of size 260.6M and OOo2.0
without optimization produces file of size 282.1M, not a big difference ). Thus,
from my point of view as the first step the errorneous optimization must be
removed since it can lead to information loss.
