Since the only purpose of this API is to support File -> Send -> Document as
E-mail, the body text does not really fit the needs. Please try using the e-mail
merge API for your purpose (whatever that is).
BTW: The interface can not be changed anyway for binary compatibility reasons -
we would have to introduce XSimpleMailMessage2 or such ..
