Fixed,
the problem was that the undo execution caused a change of the slide order (by
deleting the previously inserted one) and that caused a refill of the outliner
that caused the clearing of the undo manager that still tried to execute its
undo functions.
I fixed this in outlnvsh.cxx by placing OutlineViewPageChangesGuards around the
undo and redo methods.
