Note versions command is grayed out. 3.Close file in Writer. 4.Open file again using Writer. 5.Add line 5 6.Save as a version. Note that this is the first saved version. 7.Add line 7. Save as a version. Note that this is the second saved version. 8.Add line 8. Save as version. Note that this is the third saved version. 9.Add line 9. Save as version. Note that this is the forth saved version. 10.Add line 10. Save as version. Note that this is the fifth saved version. I verified Compare function under versions;compare; to see if changes between versions are hilighted. I did this starting at step 7 and ending at step 10. Regardless of which version I selected to perform the compare, the changes between versions were not highlighted. The file was open on the last version saved. Refer to file: issue51162-A.odg I then looked up versions command under OO Writer Help menu. This is how the command is supposed to work: Compare Compare the changes that were made in each version.If you want, you can Accept or Reject Changes. Accept or reject changes Accept or reject recorded changes. To access this command... Choose Edit - Changes - Accept or Reject Following instructions under Help, I went into Edit menu;Changes;Accept or Reject; (Refer to file: issue51162-B.odg). Accept or Reject window opened up. (Refer to file: issue51162-C.odg) However only 2 versions out of 5 saved versions showed up. Depending on which version I selected in the Accept/Reject Window, different text was hilighted. I am not certain exactly how the version command is supposed to work. Based on what I what expect from document version control feature, I would say that it is not working correctly.
