When a window is moved all of its popup windows should be closed. The bug was
that the popup windows of the parent (i.e. the main window) were closed although
only the toolbox was moved (which happens upon creation).
As this bugfix introduces a change in the closing behaviour of popup windows it
must be tested very carefully on different Unix systems if no popup windows
remain open when other windows like menus, dialogs etc. are opened or moved.
Please check with and without gtk plugin to avoid any regression.
