AW: Made save saving and loading in
binfilter/bf_svx/source/svdraw/svx_svdoole2.cxx. At save time it is tested if
the Graphic is of type GRAPHIC_NONE and then no graphic is written. At load
time, if at Graphic load an error is set and 4 bytes are consumed, empty bitmap
reading is assumed and the error is reset at the steam.
AW: For testing: Load original bugdoc (see above), save as *.sdd (5.0). Saved
file can now be loaded from SO7.0. Other way around: Use master version, save
file (SO7 crashes with this one). Now load with this CWS version, works.
