This issue is not a duplicate of 35148.
35148 addresses insufficient precision in numbers, not being able to specify
enough digits for accurate placement.
This Issue addresses incorrect settings for an Avery label. I doubt that this
issue can be fixed without #35148 being fixed. If #35148 is fixed, but #35149 is
not fixed, then the Avery labels will still not print properly, even though they
will print improperly very precisely.
