"If the outline numbering is activated for the current paragraph, this outline
numbering is turned off in general for the document, if the Numbering On/Off
button is pressed.
If the Numbering Off (not On/Off) button is pressed in the Bullets and Numbering
tool bar, the numbering for the current paragraph is turned off only"
