BEI->IHI: I don´t understand this issue. EIS uses an email addresse for owner,
QA Rep. and Members and it´s only coincidence that SUN email adresses use the
form firstname.lastname, but others eg. those ending with "@openoffice.org" do
not. So it´s likely that often you don´t have a first- and lastname and thus you
can not convert the email adresse to a "lastname, firstname" representation.
Issuzilla on the other hand does use OOo Login names for the "assigned to" field
and those also do not contain any information about first- and lastname.
