I might be wrong but in Calc I cannot see that pressing F1 on the Format/Graphic
submenu brings up the right help entry.
SubMenu entries do not contain any HelpId at all. It's just that the command
name of Insert/Object is re-used for this sub menu.
I can't see that this is worth a 2.01 target. Retargeting to OOo Later
