to provide further details. How far-reaching are the similarities with issue
42950, do you also have the same problems with older Firefox versions, or
GTK-based applications like Gimp? Does the pointing device work correctly on
Linux (you could maybe try one of the superb live Linux CDs, like Kanotix to
check)?
