For both right ('up one level') and left ('down one level') arrows the tooltip
is 'un livello più in alto' while for the right one it should read 'un livello
più in basso'.
In a similar way also the other arrows present inconsistent or wrong
translations:
'move up with subpoints' (double left arrow) should be translated: 'aumenta
livello con sottopunti' and not 'in alto con sottopunti'; in this way it would
be consistent with the 'move down with subpoints' one (double right arrow) that
reads: 'riduci livello con sottopunti'.
Up and down arrows are OK but double up arrow reads 'Sposta con sottopunti verso
il basso' which is wrong: it should read: 'Sposta in alto con sottopunti'. Like
that it would be right and coherent with the double down arrow which reads
'Sposta in basso con sottopunti'.
I cast the issue as P3 because I think this a bug very visible to the average
user.
My installation is 1.9.122 for Windows. The same problem has been reported on
Linux.
