side note: The fact that text input controls do not visually indicate their
readonly-ness is "normal" in OOo, even in normal dialogs (for instance, look
onto the "Events" page of the property browser, where the controls are readonly,
too).
One can argue whether this is good or bad, and if somebody wants to submit an
issue requesting to change this, this might start the discussion :)
