Hi Dwayne,
The XML file doesn't validate, the day and month names are missing the
<DefaultAbbrvName> elements for abbreviated names. Please attach a fixed version
and then reassign the issue to me. For how to validate a locale data file please
see the comments in i18npool/source/localedata/data/locale.dtd of a recent
revision.
