When importing an MS Word document made in Windows 98 SE Japanese to OOo
1.9.122 on the same machine in Windows 98, table seems to be unintentionally
reformatted.
Please see attached Word and OOo files (one of the OOo files has screenshots of
how I see the other two files).
Though on linux I have seen word tables get stretched longer (onto the next
page) on import, making a sample on windows I see it shortened.
Also it seems the cells are all shorter maybe.
And incidentally the font size pulldown menu shows "10" even though it is 10.5
point font, because the widget is too narrow.
As you can see in the screenshots, the table looks different. I would be
interested to see how it looks when other people import the word file into OOo
on different operating systems.
This bug takes over the thread from bug 53102 ("Word tables wider than margin")
which was closed but which I just reopened. It seems that lengthening is the
real problem; word by default makes tables wider than the margin.
