Regarding the memory consumption:
I've checked with m122 and 364 MB are used. It's a newly opened Office which
consumes some memory for it self. The content.xml of your file is at least 70 MB
big, add some more MB for the objects contained in the file and some overhead
and the size seems to be normal. Don't know how your system need more than 780
MB.
So I close this one again as invalid.
