2005 -------
After i have updated my windows with the last critical updates (microsoft), the
quickstarter of my installed openoffice 1.4 failed to start with poping up an
erro r window (application failed and must be terminated, send the error message
to ...).
First i try to uninstall openoffice. This failed too with the same error.
Thats why i deleted it from the system in explorer and keys from registry.
The next step was to install openoffice version 1.9. (msi file)
This was successfull.
But starting of application failed again in the same manner.
In the event protocol of my windows i found the following:
application failed soffice.bin, Version 1.9.8941.500, Modul unknown, Version
0.0.0.0, erroradress 0x59812309.
