Fixed in CWS vcl43 for the toolbars, which now use the high contrast bitmaps if
the "Hight Contrast Yellow on Blue" theme is enabled in KDE.
However this is only a workaround for 2.0.1 which cannot become incompatible; we
need to solve this problem thoroughly in the next code line. For that i have
submitted issue 53676.
