BC: The problem was that the respective fieldname that is retrieved from
StarOffice registry contained brackets "()" around the last character. Before
the fieldnames listbox of the first dialog page is populated the wizard
eliminates these characters "(" and ")" because they do not conform to SQL92
naming constraints. Afterwards the registry node could not be found again. I
fixed this problem. However I keep the wizard's behavior to always check all
offered fieldnames for SQL92 compatibility, so that the fieldnames of the table
screnarios will be offered only without brackets. If the user then modifies the
fieldname on the second page of the wizard an SQL92 check is only made if the
naming constraint is checked (see menu "Edit/Database/Advanced Settings/Special
Settings")
Fixed in cws dbwizardpp1.
BC->naoyuki : Do you find the behaviour acceptable or it the fieldname
orthographically destroyed by removing the brackets?
