JL:Should discuss this with CJ. When a user did not select the JRE by himself
and the previously selected JRE cannot be started, because it was removed or
damaged, then the javavm service could select a new JRE.
However if the user manually selected the JRE then he should be notified and he
must select another JRE.
Should we have a checkbox "Allow using different JRE, when selected one fails"

The behaviour should be described in the spec.
