Exact error text is "Error 1606. Could not access network location %USERPROFILE%\Templates\." I checked the path for USERPROFILE at the command prompt and for the existance of the Templates folder in that path. Templates exists and is writeable. I don't know why the installation thinks it can't find that folder.
