In the attached file, the text "reference" and "keywords" are centered in the
page in MS Word. The text is in a frame which appears to be the full width of
the page. In OOo 1.9.125, the width of the frame is not the full width of the
page but is instead the width of the widest contents of the frame. Hence the
frame is left justified rather than centered.

This sounds a bit like #49293 but I'm not sufficiently familiar with Word to be
confident that it's a duplicate.
