A number like 1.00 is always exported as 1 in CSV file whereas it was
entered as 1.00 and displayed correctly (decimal places = 2 in cell
format).
MS-Excel does export 1.00 into 1.00

It is useful to export trailing zeros to detect the number type (float
or integer...) or to know the number precision (1.000 is more precise
than 1).
