Now I see it.
1. Assign "Heading 1" to the paragraph "testline" (in the end)
2. The numbering must be first switched off and the again on with Outline
Numbering dialog, not via Buttons.
3. Then apply Heading 2 and then heading 3 to the paragraph -> Number will
remain "2"
MRU->HBRINKM: this looks fixed in swnumtree CWS. Please add this task there.
