reproduction:
- switch KDE color scheme to "high contrast yellow on blue"
- start (e.g.) writer
Before the fix the normal bitmaps in the toolbars came up, now the high contrast
bitmaps come up. The bitmaps themselves show black areas instead of being
transparent, but that's another issue.
