OOo only uses the gnome theme when the user is running gnome and uses the kde
themes when running kde.
It is not possible to tell whether the user want KDE look or GNOME theme when
running a different desktop-environment.
You can override the default with an environment-variable.
export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk to use gtk (gnome) Settings, use kde for gnome and
gen for generic.
