You need an OLE-server to open the word OLE.
In this case is word the OLE-server therefore you need word to open the OLE.
If you don't have word you have to select the load option [L] of :
'Tools ; Options ; Load/Save ; Microsoft Office ; WinWord to StarOffice Writer /
StarOffice Writer to WinWord.'
