This is because this issue would display the paragraph number in front of the page number which would not match the page number of the reference. Example: In the body of a document, there would be on page A-1: A Heading 1 text A.1 Heading 2 text However, the TOC would display: A Heading 1 text...........................A-1 A.1 Heading 2 text.......................A.1-1 The above could be a problem.
