The problem is that the subject line of your email link contains an opening
parenthesis but not a closing one. This obviously confuses Acrobat Reader what
becomes apparent when you move the mouse cursor over the link. Acrobat Reader
does not recognize it as a valid mail url, i.e. the mouse pointer does not
change. If you add the missing closing parenthesis to the subject line
everything is fine.
ssa->pl: It seems that parentheses and some other characters have to be quoted.
Please see table 3.2 in the PDF manual. I'm not sure if other places are
affected as well, so I leave this issue on 2.0.1 but lower the priority.
