can you explain the problems that are related to the remapping of mod1 ? Not
sure if we missed something here.
But, yes, I will come up with some solution that can be used from the scripts.
One drawback still exists, however. What if people start X11 and then type
soffice in an xterm window ? The mapping will not have occured if we call it
exclusively from the AppleScript. So may be it should be moved into the soffice
script. I'll give it a try.
I have no idea where the icons are coming from, but I'm pretty sure you can use
it.
What strings have to be localized ? Where are they now ?
Regarding the launcher: I know we should first try to have it in place and may
be optimize it later, nevertheless, I have a few remarks. Currently the launcher
just calls soffice, which opens an empty frame but doesn't load any application.
So this should at least change to swriter. Additionally, I would like to have
not only one icon, but one per application, so they can be launched directly.
And, in the folder where the icon appears, all other OOo folders are still
visible (program, help, share, etc.) Wouldn't it be cool to hide them all in a
folder inside the launcher bundle ? Hmm, just a few ideas....
I set the target to 2.0, btw.
